THE PARK TRAFFIC SCHOOL

The S.I.C.E.S. (Italian Road Education Centres Society) was born in 1964. Its main purpose is to prepare and form the children's road education from 4 to 18 years old who will be the future drivers. Step by step, the S.I.C.E.S. acknowledged the best educational techniques and nowadays it boasts a structure where a systematic road education is carried out: The Park Traffic School consists in a half-scale road pattern where everything is like reality; it works thanks to the support and the sponsorship of the qualified Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport.

The Park Traffic School in Rome is situated near Eur area: it is in the city centre but dipped in the green park of Ninfeo.

At the Park, courses addressed to kids and children take place: from 4 to 6 years old by electrical minicars, from 6 to 12 by piston-engine minicars and from 12 to 18 by motorbicycles. Children learn theoretically the rules of the road by the help of the qualified instructors of The Park Traffic School and then put them into practice on the purposely created track. The children who attend our courses grow up associating in a natural way the car with the respect of the traffic rules. Children are not born but they can become good road users: “TO EDUCATE ENTERTAINING AND TO ENTERTAIN EDUCATING” is The Park Traffic School's stated aim.
